Privacy notice

This notice explains how RELO handles personal information when you visit this website or email us about early access. The website does not have a sign-up form or a mailing-list database. Selecting “Request Early Access” opens your email application; information is sent to us only if you choose to send the email.

Who is responsible for your information?

The controller is Robert Vladimír Rech, a sole trader (IČO 17082862), trading under the RELO name.

What information do we handle and why?

• Email enquiries: your email address, name if included, and the content of your message. We use these details to reply, answer questions, and handle an early-access request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding and managing correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Basic technical data: when a page is loaded, the hosting provider may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the requested page, and the time of the request to deliver and secure the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Please do not send health records or other sensitive medical information by email. This website is not a health-record service and does not currently collect health information through a form or app.

Who helps us process information?

Email is handled using Zoho Mail through its European service at mail.zoho.eu. Zoho states that EU service data is stored in the EU, although support access from India may occur under standard contractual clauses and other safeguards. Website hosting is provided by Netlify, which may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site; Netlify’s observability tools may also provide request and performance metrics to the site owner. Netlify may process data through its global infrastructure under its data-processing terms. These providers process information under their applicable privacy terms and data-processing arrangements: Zoho privacy FAQ, Netlify privacy statement and Netlify GDPR and DPA information.

How long do we keep it?

We keep email correspondence while we handle your request and, ordinarily, for up to 12 months after our last meaningful exchange. If you ask to be contacted about early access, we keep the request while that invitation process is active and ordinarily for up to 12 months after our last contact. We may keep information longer where required to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Provider-held technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us for access to your personal information, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing. Where the legal conditions apply, you may also object to processing or request data portability. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; the email handling described above is generally based on responding to your request or our legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Cookies and automated decisions

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Netlify may set technical cookies or process request data as part of hosting and security. We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions or profiling.
